Electronic Rebellion Warranty Policy
Proof of Purchase
To make a warranty claim, you must provide a valid Proof of Purchase such as a dated receipt or invoice from an authorised Electronic Rebellion dealer or reseller showing the product name and price, or an order confirmation email from ElectronicRebellion.com.
Proofs that are not valid include barcodes, product photos, authenticity certificates, receipts from unauthorised sellers or auction sites, or bank or credit card statements.
Electronic Rebellion reserves the right to verify your claim and may request additional information before approving a warranty claim.
No Proof of Purchase?
If you purchased directly from ElectronicRebellion.com, we can often locate your order using your name, email, or shipping details.
If purchased through a reseller, please contact them for a copy of your receipt.
If the product was a gift, you will need the original receipt from the purchaser.
Why We Require Proof
Proof of Purchase ensures your item is still within the one year warranty period and was purchased from an authorised seller.
Items from unauthorised sellers may be used, defective, counterfeit, or not designed for your region. These items are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Coverage
All Electronic Rebellion products come with a one year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage, accidental damage or misuse, unauthorised modifications, repairs or servicing, products with altered or removed serial numbers, or third party accessories or software. Rechargeable batteries naturally lose capacity over time and are not considered defective under this warranty.
Warranty Service
If your product qualifies, Electronic Rebellion will, at its discretion, replace it with an equivalent or newer model. Replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original one year warranty period or ninety days, whichever is longer.
How to Make a Claim
Contact support@electronicrebellion.com and include your Proof of Purchase, and reason for return inside your package. Ship the item securely using a trackable method.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us. If your claim is approved, Electronic Rebellion will cover the cost of return shipping.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Electronic Rebellion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or loss of profit.
Our total liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
General Terms
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
It is valid only in the country of original purchase.
Electronic Rebellion reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
